Although these hard materials are difficult to process, we manufacture them by utilizing our knowledge not only in processing but also in the selection of tools and grinding wheels.

Press rolls are difficult to manufacture to a high degree of accuracy due to their large diameter and heaviness, but Hikoyama Seiki has a track record of manufacturing press rolls with a diameter of Φ750 at 1 μm.
