・Use of Nickel Mesh
For customers experiencing suction marks caused by suction rolls currently in use, Hikoyama Seiki offers nickel mesh-coated suction rolls which can eliminate this issue.
By coating the surface of the suction roll with nickel mesh, it is possible to improve grip as well as to prevent marking.
・Variable width/heated suction rolls can be manufactured
Variable width suction rolls are manufactured so that the suction width can be changed to match the width of the film. Since films of different widths can be handled by a single roll, there is no need to replace it when producing films of different widths on a single machine.
The heated suction roll is a product with a heating function added to an ordinary suction roll for crimping films and sheets.
In addition to the original suction functionality, other functions including heating and crimping can be performed with a single suction roll.

Suction tests can be performed using dedicated equipment to confirm that the required specifications are met. We can be present at the customer's site upon request.
We can also overhaul (replace the mesh, etc.) and improve suction rolls.
